Penerangan Pekerjaan - Digital Account Manager

Existing Clients (Retain and Upsell)
  • Foster and build long-term relationships.
  • Lead day-to-day running of client accounts by setting up a list of KPIs to track their progress.
  • Identify and map business strengths to determine their wants and needs.
  • Play a pivotal role in managing the execution of campaigns for a range of clients.
  • Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as a digital strategy advisor to both Team Leads (internal) and clients (external).
  • Play a pivotal role in analysing the effectiveness of digital campaigns and generating reports on their progress, success and area of improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Development, Performance and Social Media & Content) to ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with clients and other internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities for digital services, developing both strategic roadmaps and tactical executions to optimise client return on investment.
  • Served as a resource for the creative team in the development of insight-driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition.
  • Producing and following accurate timing plans, ensuring that projects/campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Taking ownership of administrative tasks associated with the smooth running of client accounts.
New Business
  • Working with Team Lead to identify new client opportunities and generate proposals on growth strategies, and plans to unlock incremental businesses.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting efforts as well as following up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Initiate and drive sales strategy to develop new business in Malaysia and the region.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.

, Achievements, Skills & Experience
  • At least 3 years of working experience as a (Digital) Account Manager with 2 years exposure to SEO/SEM and preferably CRM software experience.
  • At least 2 years (Digital) Agency experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Critical thinking, and strong conflict resolution skills to address situations professionally.
  • Produce high-quality output focused on offering the best value to clients within time and technical constraints.
  • Work with minimal direction in a constantly evolving fast-paced environment.
  • Work harmoniously in small, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on stakeholders' success.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Effective negotiation skills in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
