Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Provide Level 3 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues on network infrastructure.
- Handle Incident Management and Change Management.
- Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in the networkinfrastructure.
- Perform network logging and system health check.
- Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system support requirements.
- Responsible for documentation and reporting.
- Provide global on-call support.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
- Minimum 1-2 years of network experience preferred.
- Competency in the area of basic device setup based on templates or guidance.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking technologies.
- Basichardware, software, and configure troubleshooting of network equipment including a basicunderstanding of network protocols.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, including technicalconcepts and technology.
Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
