- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Willing to travel to work & event location;

- Able to work at flexible hour, weekends, public holidays if required;

- Idendify and execute event requirements;

- Candidates with Diploma in related field or equivalent would are prefered;

Job Description

- Identifying clients'event requirements;

- Working with colleagues to devise an event planning that meets the client's brief and budget;

- Presenting the campaign ideas and budget to the client;

- Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and supplier by maintaining regular contact with both;

- Ensuring that communication flows effectively;

- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification; handling budgets, managing campaign costs and Invoicing clients; writing event reports;

- Undertaking administration tasks; arranging and attending meetings;

- Ensuring quality implementation and execution of events with innovative ideas and seamless attention to detail;

- Ensuring timely consolidation of post event information (qualitative and quantitative information)
