Penerangan Pekerjaan - Executive Administration

Job Objective:

  • To ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes across both the PR1MA Corporation Malaysia headquarters (HQ) and regional offices.
  • Responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to senior executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between HQ and site offices, ensuring effective communication and coordination of administrative activities.
  • Facilitate communication flow between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the organization and management of important documents, contracts, and files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to document handling.
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff in both HQ and site offices.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage invitations and ensure the smooth execution of events.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and effectively.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform and other related duties as and when required.

Working Experience and Location:

  • Minimum 1 – 3 years relevant working experience in Administration.
  • This position will be based in Ara Damansara
