Job Objective:
- To ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes across both the PR1MA Corporation Malaysia headquarters (HQ) and regional offices.
- Responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to senior executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between HQ and site offices, ensuring effective communication and coordination of administrative activities.
- Facilitate communication flow between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee the organization and management of important documents, contracts, and files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to document handling.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff in both HQ and site offices.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, manage invitations and ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and effectively.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Perform and other related duties as and when required.
Working Experience and Location:
- Minimum 1 – 3 years relevant working experience in Administration.
- This position will be based in Ara Damansara
