Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Handle communication with internal and external clients/customers at various levels
Manage calendars, email, and workspace for executives
Attend meetings and take minutes
Prepare documents using Google Suite and other relevant applications
Assist in preparing reports on a monthly or quarterly basis
Provide general administrative support including filing, expense management, and office supply ordering
Conduct research on operations, human capital, and safety
Assist in departmental improvement initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to achieve operational excellence
Assist in troubleshooting and investigating operational issues
Support MD with efficient systems and reporting structures
Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers for business performance solutions
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Support company safety programs and participate in relevant training
WHO YOU ARE:
At least five (5) years of working experience with the same capacity
Possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in any field
Able to work in a diverse and matrix organization
Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to travel when required
