Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Building Management, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relation or equivalent.
Customer-oriented and possess strong interest in problem solving
Knowledge in Strata Management Act 2013
Good interpersonal skills
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Scopes:

Attend to customers’ feedback professionally in compliance with Eco World Class service standards, offer reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback.
Monitor, follow up and prepare all necessary documentation, reports and photos for all building defective works and collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion of works to ensure contractors are on schedule.
Support the department strategic plans and execute tasks in a highly efficient manner to in aid of smooth operation flow in all development.
Observe and comply to the Eco World SOP and timely submission of work assignments or reports to the Manager within time frame given.
Maintain close collaboration with maintenance, defect and security team to achieve work standard in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform tasks required in the office administration, preparation of meetings, billing and collections and other administrative functions.
Liaise with system vendor on system functions, review efficiency and effectiveness of system and address setback from time to time
