The ideal candidate for Executive, Resourcing will be responsible for full spectrum of recruitment including recruitment and selection, onboarding administration, maintaining accurate employee records & supporting and administering human resources policies, programs, procedures, processes and practices; in line with the Company's key business goal.
Responsibilities
- Administer the Human Resources (HR) department's policies, programs, procedures, processes and practices
- Responsible for providing Human Resources support and expertise in a timely manner and proactively collaborate for increased performance and efficiency
- Enforce, clarify, and follow Company policies, standards, and procedures, including local regulations
- Responsible for onboarding (new hire documentation, registration, orientation and communicating with the respective Departments)
- Responsible for building and maintaining personnel records in HRIS including headcount reports, analysis.
- Support all Human Resources policies and objectives for the Company that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and that comply with policies, procedures, programs and laws
- Act as an Advisor to the Business Leaders in Human Relations issues such as HR Policies & Procedures; Recruitment; Laws and regulations in particularly pertaining to regional recruiting requirements
- Support the recruitment strategy, grow & maintain candidate database
- Ensure non-discriminatory policy for recruiting is upheld throughout the recruitment process
- Collect relevant documentation as per on boarding checklist prior to handover to HR Executives, Compensation & Benefits team
- Provide on boarding support & assist new employees through the 'Onshore Induction' process including hiring employee in COMPASS where applicable
- Offer successful candidates, Issue contracts and handbooks etc
- Maintain COMPASS records and keep records up to date
- Run or support regional offices recruitment campaigns if required
- Take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent with particular focus on local & regional candidates
- Assist Regional offices with resourcing issues or system support
- Auditing & follow up of data accuracy within the recruitment system
Qualifications
- Preferably a Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent
- Approximately 3+ years of General Human Resources experience in an MNC
- Approximately 2+ years in recruitment in an O&G MNC
- Experience with large project-based recruitment & more senior executive roles
- Familiar with recruitment software, HRIS or similar IT platforms
- Experienced in using Success Factor and SAP is an added advantage
