Facility Officer

The Facility Officer is responsible for keeping the office infrastructure properly maintained, clean & safe according to the (VYNCKE) standards. The Facility Officer will assure the quality of our facilities, which will translate into qualitative and solid projects and contribute to our mission to be the reference in a sustainable way.

YOUR FUNCTION

• You ensure the qualitative working of utilities & work infrastructure.
• You support the organization of visits of customers, suppliers, …
• You assist in ordering, preparing, collecting & executing requests for different visits and events (catering, gadgets, goodie bags, …).
• You promote and organize well-being activities
• You represent VYNCKE by welcoming our visitors and handling incoming calls, mails, and messages.
• You assist in the booking, preparation, and tidiness of our meeting rooms.
• You assist in travelling arrangements of Vynckerneers including transportation, accommodation, visa application ...
• You assist in the coordination of small renovation & building projects.
• You supervise & manage the security protection systems: camera monitoring, fire detection system, surveillance & access control etc.
• You offer general administrative and organizational support.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have obtained a degree in Business Admin or equivalent by experience.
• A first experience in a similar position is an asset, but not a must.
• You have a friendly personality and are customer-oriented.
• You are fluent in English, Malay and Chinese
• You have good organization skills and an eye for detail.
