Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Trainer to join their team. The Field Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring that the brand values, product knowledge, and customer service standards are consistently upheld across all retail locations. This position requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of the fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of coaching and developing retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for retail staff, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, and brand culture.
• Conduct on-site training sessions at retail locations nationwide, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with regional manager to assess training needs and develop tailored strategies to address them.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to store teams, offering guidance and feedback to enhance performance and drive sales.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging work environment and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or training, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs that drive results.
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
