Penerangan Pekerjaan - Finance & Admin Manager

We're seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Finance and Admin Manager to lead our financial operations and empower a collaborative team. This key role encompasses: -Strategic Financial Leadership:

  • Develop and implement financial plans aligned with company goals.
  • Provide insightful financial guidance and forecasts to drive informed decision-making.
  • Oversee audits and tax compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Manage financial resources effectively, including working capital, cash flow, and budgets.
-Financial Operations and Reporting:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (accounts payable/ receivable, general ledger).
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and admin team.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment across departments.
  • Partner with the HR team on administrative tasks (payroll, leave management, etc.).
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and embrace new challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating:
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Substantial experience handling all aspects of the accounting cycle.
Software Proficiency:
  • Expertise in accounting and payroll software applications.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
Financial Knowledge: -Strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards. Workstyle:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Professional Qualities:
  • Self-motivated and a team player with a dynamic personality.
