Penerangan Pekerjaan - Flight Operations Administrative Executive



Job Description

AirAsia X is looking for Flight Operations Admin Executive (6 months contract).

Functional Responsibilities & Duties

  • Updating and checking pilot allowance reports

  • Pilot Allowance Rate Revision :

  • Pilot MC/ SL/ EL and AL Tracking:

  • Verifying Air Navigation Charge Invoices and Submission for approvals

  • Pilot and Cabin Crew Accommodation/ Transportations Charge Invoices

  • Assist in Checking Payment Status for Air Navigation Charge

  • Cross Check Pilot Active Listing

  • Ensure Standard Block Hours are updated in AIMS for New and Existing Routes

  • Raise EPR via ORACLE (Pilot and Cabin Crew)

  • To approve invoice via Esker

  • US Visa Pilot/cabin crew Claim

Minimum working experience:

  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma/ Degree in any field

  • A good performance team player.

  • Broad knowledge of crew operations, allowances, claims, systems and understanding on aviation policies and regulations.

  • Able to start work immediately.
