Penerangan Pekerjaan - Front Desk Administrator

Overview

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Expectation of your role

  • Communicate in a friendly, tactful and professional manner with guest, suppliers as well as colleagues
  • Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing packages and mail as required.
  • Uses tracking systems to record inbound and outbound courier, freight, and mail. Arranges messenger services as needed.
  • Orders office supplies and other common use items for the company such as stationeries, supplies, equipment toner, printer paper, merchandise such as t-shirts/caps etc.
  • Maintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms and other common areas, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g mineral water, pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Requests building and housekeeping services as needed. Periodically inspects common area and office equipment to ensure good operating condition. Arranges equipment service as needed.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying & etc.
  • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
  • Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the Aerodyne's grooming standards
  • Be flexible and open to change in your job responsibilities, work area and/or roster to meet business needs
  • Care about your work environment and make sure it is tidy and well maintained
  • Be reliable and ensure you are at work on time according to schedule.
  • Know your role in case of emergency such as bomb threat, flood, fire etc
  • Carry out all professionally reasonable instructions given by your supervisor

Requirement

  • SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
