• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the companys mission vision and longterm objectives.

• Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency productivity and costeffectiveness.

• Identify opportunities for automation digitalization and technology adoption to optimize operational performance.
  
• Oversee budgeting financial planning and forecasting processes to support strategic decisionmaking and ensure financial sustainability.
  
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize working capital management and cash flow.
  
• Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to identify assess and mitigate operational risks across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results in a complex multidisciplinary environment.
  
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting financial analysis and performance management.
