Job responsibilities:

• Develop operational plans, policies, procedure and requirements for a stock trading/mutual funds subscription platform.
• Lead and optimize day-to-day operations for a leading stock trading/ mutual funds subscription digital-only platform to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in trade execution, settlement, and customer support.
• Identify and implement operational enhancements to streamline workflows, reduce risks, and enhance overall operational performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain compliance in all operational activities.
• Develop and implement robust risk management protocols to safeguard the company's interests and maintain operational resilience.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and commitment to operational excellence

A candidate must possess any of the following experience:

• Employed at a senior management position for a minimum of two years by a CMSL holder carrying in dealing in securities;
• Relevant work experience for a minimum of five years at level of middle management of an institution in the capital market; or
• Previously a participant of a recognized exchange
