Job Purposes:
Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve the company's sales target, profitability and growth objectives. The Head, Sales is required to lead the execution of the plan through the management team and personnel of the company.
Job Content:
- Ensure the sales department achieve profit targets, maintain margins and control expenses as detailed in budgets and business plan.
- Ensure that overhead, costs, and expenses are minimized by carefully controlling and utilizing all resources effectively.
- Closely examine management operating controls and key performance indicators on a monthly basis.
- Look for ways to increase market share and exploit new markets to achieve company objectives.
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and without sacrificing profitability.
- Continuously refine and improve the quality of customer interaction, satisfaction and retention by working towards improving standard, providing the best facilities and the highest technical skills.
- Exercise stringent control of expenses without adversely affecting business performance.
- Formally review debtors weekly and maintain effectiveness of cash collection procedures.
- Recommends own professional developmental plan to the superior and also establishes and overseas implementation of professional developmental plan for all employees.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration / Electrical Electronics / Engineering / Operation / Project Management
- 8-10 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills.
