HR Business Partner

What you can expect
Position As a strategic business partner, the HRBP is responsible for managing and providing day-to-day HR services. This includes efficiently handling the full employee cycle, including attraction, performance management, talent management, career development, and compensation and benefits, in alignment with local and group guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties: - As a strategic business partner, this function is to manage and provide day to day HR services, this include make efficient full employee cycle from Attraction, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development and Compensation & Benefits in line with local and group guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties: -
- Provides day-to-day support and HR advice, guidance, and recommendations to the local management team on all operational and strategic HR issues.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview, and selection & onboarding.
- Managing payroll administration. Preferably with SAP Background.
- Comply and embrace the HR processes in an efficient and thus cost-effective manner, this includes efficient data management, storage & analysis.
- Collaborate with management to identify development needs and ensure successful development and training of employees in coordination with Talent Management
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve our culture, and increase retention.
- Ensure full compliance with local law and where needed, international labor law legislation. Consults with external/internal legal advisors as needed/required.
- Facilitate in effective communication within the organization. This includes conducting employee briefings, organizing workshops to provide HR updates, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Conceptual Planning, design and coordination of specific talent programs (apprentices, trainees, etc.) incl. recruiting, onboarding etc. aligned to company talent management strategy.
- Planning and implementing target group specific development activities.
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting local training programs (regarding competencies training) aligned to company Talent Management Strategy
What you bring along
- University degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or other relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of HR experiences.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
- Possess analytical skills, result oriented and fast learner.
- Excellent in communication, being proactive, self-motivated and independent.
