Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for positions.

2. Recruitment Process Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.

3. Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidates' abilities.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.

4. Offer Management and Onboarding:

  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment when necessary.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, such as background screenings and reference checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

5. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
  • Use insights from data analysis to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
