Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for positions.
2. Recruitment Process Management:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
3. Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidates' abilities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.
4. Offer Management and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment when necessary.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, such as background screenings and reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
5. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Use insights from data analysis to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
