Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Design and develop in-house development programs and coordinate external programs.
- Obtain the assessment evaluation after each in-house programs to ensure quality in delivery and effectiveness in talent development activities.
- Manage HRDC claim of all applicable development programs and ensure claim timely.
- Provide statistical analysis of training data for data-driven decision making and process improvement.
Workers Recruitment & Checkroll Compliance:
- Adopting effective and innovative methods of worker recruitment in order to deliver the workforce target.
- Assisting in headcounts analysis accordance to operational need.
- To ensure accuracy of checkroll government statutory contribution and meeting the payment deadline.
- Perform accurate review checkroll work by verifying wages calculation
- Well versed and updated in Sabah Labour Ordinance and legislation including statutory requirement and employment contract.
Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Reach out potential passive candidates in marketing programmes, career talks and job fairs.
- Any other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields from recognized Universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR spectrum and/or other proven HR initiative achievement.
- Knowledge in Workers’ Checkroll would be an advantage.
- Meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and highly organized.
- Must be highly committed, self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to travel.
