Recruitment and Selection

• Responsible for the recruitment activities including job description finalization and coordinate hiring request from hiring manager.
• Identify and sourcing of recruitment platforms to position and job requirements.
• Explore new or more platforms for hiring / attracting talents.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Schedule Interview appointments.
• Handle onboarding for new HQ employees including office tour, registration of attendance system, access card and e-mail announcement.

Issuances of Letters

• Ensure standardization of format for all letters.
• Review and ensure accuracy of terms and conditions applied to each letter.
• Prepare all letters related to employment:

- Open Terms Contract, Therapist Agreement, Training Bond

- Promotion

- Transfer

- Redesignation

- Salary review

- Open of bank account

• Prepare Sales Incentive Memo.
• Administer sales incentive entitlement and prepare sales incentive report for payroll team.

Payroll

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Execute HR Administration matters.
• Check staff attendance and leave record.
• In-charge of staff welfare and benefits such as insurance and referral fees etc.
• Maintain personal files and records.
• Assist to issue some of the HR related letters.

Others

• Update EBI system for new joiner, resigned and inter-transfer.
• Prepare yearly increment and bonus letters (for SE and below).
• Ensure proper filing of staff records.
• Monitor and prepare contract for external transporter.
• Assist in any other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
• Multi-tasking, meticulous, have a sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
• Good analytical skill and computer literate especially in MS office.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
