- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role is necessary
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Proven excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Malaysia is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are required, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
- Availability and willingness to undertake any additional ad hoc tasks as needed
Job Scopes:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, and onboarding
- Coordinate candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the HR database
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals to enhance candidate sourcing efforts
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to analyse trends and enhance recruitment strategies
- Participate in recruitment events and collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and legal compliance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment content for social media channels and other communication platforms
- Assist with other HR functions as and when needed

- Salary Range: RM2,800 to RM 3,500
