Our client is in F&B industry.
Responsibilities:
- To manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives within the food & beverage and retail industry.
- To drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture conducive to high performance and employee retention.
- To ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Malaysia and other relevant jurisdictions.
- To provide guidance on HR-related matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- To collaborate with stakeholders to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions to address them.
- To monitor HR metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a HR Manager in the food & beverage or retail industry, with a minimum of 3 years in managerial role and 7 years of HR experiences.
- Familiarity with Malaysia labour laws and regulations is highly preferred.
