Raffcomm Technologies (RAFFTECH) is a subsidiary of Raffcomm Sdn Bhd, dedicated to providing Certification Authority services to address cyber security issues. We offer features such as authentication, data integrity, confidentiality, and non-repudiation through our digital certificate solutions. RAFFTECH is also a service provider for the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), delivering information on companies and businesses incorporated and registered in Malaysia through our online portal SSM e-Info.

As part of the Raffcomm group, our goal is to be the Prime Identity Services Company, securely organizing corporate individual information and making verified identification universally accessible. We are authorized to deliver company and business information, act as a Malaysian Certification Authority (CA) for digital signing services. We hold trust business licenses from three authorities: BNM for e-Money Issuing, MCMC for Certification Authority, and SSM for Corporate Information.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Infrastructure Manager located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, network security, system administration, and troubleshooting. The role involves managing the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring its security and efficiency, and providing support to the IT team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Certificate Authority management. This role involves leading a team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure to support organizational growth and enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in managing VMware environments, Windows server administration, and cloud services.
• Knowledge about PKI systems and Certificate Authority management.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive team success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly desirable

• Must have a good understanding of system and network infrastructure, solution architect, software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Work independently, manage time effectively and manage multiple priorities /tasks of varying complexities while remaining committed to quality and timeliness of work product.
