• Participate in product and marketing research, data analysis and compilation of research presentation.
• Monitor e-Commerce website (Solution+) orders and provide vendor support with guidance and advice.
• Follow up and provide immediate customer support where applicable with friendly and attentive manner.
• Understand e-Commerce and transaction processes and propose solution to resolve customer and vendor issue.
• Prepare weekly report, including sales, marketing, vendor data.
