Inventory Officer/ Executive

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing product and supply inventory in a store or warehouse, managing orders, and facilitating sales or production. Job Descriptions:

• Manage inventory and Point of Purchase (POP).
• Assist dealers with account opening and inventory tracking.
• Prepare sales and delivery orders.
• Monitor stock levels and handle supply distribution, including exchanges and returns.
• Maintain stock records using computerized systems.
• Handle raw materials via the FeiShu application.
• Track logistics and delivery data.
• Handle staff purchase billing.
• Coordinate purchasing, warehousing, and inventory tasks.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Well-organized with effective time management.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.
