Job Requirements (skills/experiences) -Fluent in oral Mandarin and English
-English Skill (CET4+) or above, excellent in reading and writing. (Excellent English ability is preferred)
-Excellent communication skill, technical skill and interpersonal skills
-Familiar with Windows operating system, Office software, Internet and network connection
-Responsible, Self initiative, pro-active, hard working, good attitude and team player
-Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure, overtime and crisis situation
-7*24 service hours, can accept flexible working hours and on-shift duty (Day-shift/E-shift/N-shift)
-Call Centre & customer service experience is a definite advantage
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates) - Diploma degree, major in any discipline Helpdesk, It Helpdesk Support, Helpdesk Coordinator, Helpdesk Executive, Service Desk Support, Call Center, International Call Center, Voice Process
