Junior EDP Executive

Hello, we are looking for JUNIOR EDP EXECUTIVE candidates

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor & manage bonus data, as well as input pre-calculated data onto system.
• Work together & liase with partnered IT outsource company to monitor overall system well-being & usability, as well as report any discrepancies & possible issues to top management.
• Report bugs and other issues related to system usability 
• Create reports for top management
• Present data analysis findings during team meetings & contribute ideas for improvement.
• Provide support to stakeholders by analyzing data and conveying/presenting findings when applicable. 
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related discipline.
• Preferred 1- 2 years of related working experience, but fresh graduates are Welcome to Apply.
• Experience in data entry or data management roles
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
•  Proficiency with AWS SQL is bonus**

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Able to work both independently and effectively collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
• Has a problem-solving mindset and the ability to approach challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey findings to team members & stakeholders.
