Junior/Senior Conveyancing Clerk/ Junior/Senior Litigation Lawyer

Job Description:

Senior Conveyancing Clerk:
* TO WORK IN DESA PARK CITY, OFFICE IN PLAZA ARKADIA
* To handle sub-sale transaction documents, banking and loan documentations and refinancing transactions
* To assist lawyers in conveyancing related matters
* To attend to clients, developers, bankers and related authority
* Provide secretarial/administrative support to the lawyers
* Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision to meet deadline Junior/Senior Litigation Lawyer
- ABLE TO WORK IN HQ Office at SETIA ALAM, SHAH ALAM
- Handle litigation matters with speed, precision, and strategic insight;
- Able to attend Court matters independently, skilled drafting, preparing cause papers;
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills;
- Representing clients in a wide range of disputes and legal proceedings;
- Motivated, committed and driven in nature; and
Good drafting and research skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Junior/Senior Conveyancing Clerk
* Preferably with minimum two (2) year experience in both SPA and LOAN documentations
* Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel
* Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
* Able to speak any Chinese dialect is an added advantage Junior/Senior Litigation Lawyer
- ABLE TO WORK IN HQ Office at SETIA ALAM, SHAH ALAM
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex litigation, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
- Have Own transport
