About the Role

1) Provide L1 support on data monitoring related applications.
2) First point of contact to respond to queries from AIA’s Business Users/Vendors and to provide solutions based on existing knowledge base/Admin guide.
3) Cross Functional Team Collaboration as when and required
4) Responsible for interacting with Business Users/Vendors on a day-to-day basis, to understand and log all necessary information required to fulfill service requests and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
5) Ability to work independently in a 24/7 environment with minimal direction if required. Unleash your potential and join us now!

Responsibilities

• Provide support services meeting agreed SLA
• Provide Dashboard/Report showing supporting tickets statistics & analysis
• Planning, execution & monitoring for assigned tasks
• Initiate improvement tasks whenever necessary
• Provide Local BU communication plan, contents and manage local BU responds
• Support Portfolio Delivery Lead in BAU maintenance
• Manage risk, resolve issues, bring up whenever appropriate
• Supervise regular operation tasks
• Manage and maintain relationships with other teams
• Complete and gain timely approvals for necessary governance documents
