Job Description:
Legal Associates (Conveyancing):
1) To prepare sale and purchase agreements and to handle conveyancing files (subsales) independently
2) To liaise with clients and lawyers
3) To update weekly status report General Clerk:
1) To handle administrative work for the firm
2) To assist lawyers in miscellaneous tasks such as scanning, printing, binding etc
3) Submission of CKHT forms and adjudication
Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate (Conveyancing)
1. Able to take instructions well and work independently with minimal supervision
2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
3. Able to handle Microsoft Office & Excel, familiar with subsales procedures and loan documentation preparation
4. Diligent and able to complete work within deadlines
5. Meticulous and have a sense of responsibility
6. Organized in handling files and keeping record
7. Proficient in using computer system and handling bank portals
8. Good interpersonal skill in liaising with other parties
9. Minimum 1 year experience in subsales matter General Clerk:
1. No experience required as long as willing to learn
2. Good working attitude and diligent
3. Organized in handling documents and keeping record
4. A good team player
