Job Description:
Job 1) To handle independently Civil Litigation (Non Motor) OR
Conveyancing portfolios; Job 2) To manage the front desk on a daily basis and to
perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks; Job 3) To report to Partner and handle all secretarial duties and
administrative assignments as and when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Job 1) - Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Civil Litigation
OR
Conveyancing Works
- Well versed with the basic law & procedures
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Hardworking, responsible & committed to work
assigned.
- Willing to learn, able to handle stress well and able to
complete tasks within the timeline; Job 2) - possess pleasant personality and good customer
service to ensure the front desk welcomes guests
positively;
- able to execute all administrative tasks to the highest
quality standards service skills;
- good attendance record; Job 3) -Min 3 years' experience as secretary in legal firm &
have pleasant personality. Good interpersonal skills
and responsible. Proficient in English and Bahasa
