Role: Lending Operations Coordinator
Role Type: Initial 12 months and Extendable Contract through Optimum Infosolutions – KL, Malaysia
Job Location: First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Description (JD)

Get to know the Role: As part of the dynamic Lending Operations Team, we are looking for a passionate candidate with analytical and transformative mindset to be part of the Financial Group. Here is the main job scope but we require you to keep an open minded to embrace the challenges when additional assignment is offered: 1) Supporting Lending Operations core team in preparing data input for disbursement, agreements, repayments and supporting communication operations.
2) Mass email preparation for disbursement and repayment confirmation to partners.
3) Prepare reporting and analysis ensuring performance key metrics are met
4) Handle Level 2 Customer Support enquiries on Lending products.
5) Discover within own team and/or with other process teams to identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
6) Develop automation solutions to improve process efficiency.
7) Lead and improve the way in processing smooth Level 2 customer support to meet the performance metrics.
8) Ability to re-prioritize and adapt to an exciting, ever-changing environment.
9) Performing other relevant support activities (ie. eStamping submission).
Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and/or Computer Science, and/or Business Analytics, and/or Information Systems (either related to programming or operations)
• Basic knowledge of SQL/ Phyton / web languages (HTML coding, APIs) / Microsoft BI / Google Script / any scripting language is required.
• Knowledge of using Zoho is required.
• Effective team player and passion to serve
• Versatile and results-oriented in a fast pace environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent verbal and skills in the area of written communication, project management, time management and organizational skills
• Can thrive in dynamic, fast-paced and results-oriented teams
• Keen sense of ownership, drive and determination
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs
• Proficiency in English
