The Position

Role Purpose

As the Logistics Partner, you will work together with the Logistic lead to optimize inventory management and delivery processes.

The expected outcome of this role is an error-free, smooth process from importation and transportation of goods to our end customer

In this role, you will

• Support the logistics lead in day to day operational tasks so as to ensure timely delivery of items to users/customers

• Manage all aspects of import and arrival of stocks, from troubleshooting custom clearance matters, submission of shipping documents, over-seeing 3PL inbound flow, monitoring of third party supplier shipments and timely import permit application submission, with adherence to local & international requirements. In-depth knowledge of importation process, custom clearance requirements and 3PL management is required to perform this task.

• Performing Inventory Management by executing inventory movements in SAP, ensuring all inventories have recorded traceability, managing short expiry stocks, resolving inventory related iDoc errors timely.

• Executing the FOC process by timely preparation of inventory, coordinating the delivery, tracking and ensuring delivery of items to users/customers and performing due-diligence to ensure FOC requests are compliant.

• Ad-hoc administrative dispatch work to DKSH /Courier/Citibank/Parcel to customers etc

Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time

Who you are

You are someone who are/have:

• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to work in a high pressure environment

• Sound knowledge in importation requirements, custom clearances with background in logistic operations.

• Create a good team environment with an open communication and cross collaboration

• Able to efficiently prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-changing environment

• Detail oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask

• Experience with SAP

Qualification and Experience

• Any reputable University Major

• At least 2 years of related experience in a supply chain setting

• Strong ability to work in a matrix and collaborative environment

• Excellent team working skills required

• Adaptable to changing environments
