Penerangan Pekerjaan - Manager Customer Service Operation

Job Responsibility
  • Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency and labour sales through effective utilization of 3-in-1 as a management tool.
  • Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix IT-right programs.
  • Monitor & manage daily B&P workshop operations.
  • Compliance to Toyota B&P standard operating procedures.
  • Strategize in carrying out marketing activities and expand spotter network, to achieve B&P targets.
  • Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 system to monitor WIP, back order, follow up, appointment and service reminders.
  • Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
  • Develop carrying insurance network to achieve B&P smooth claim process.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing/Mass Comm/Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Must be hands on, detail oriented and dedicated.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
  • Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
  • Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Customer oriented with ability to interact with people effectively.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage the team.
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Has own initiative and able to work independently and under pressure.
