Responsibilities
1. Monitor the performance indicators of all areas that drive sales and members engagement.
2. Place an important roles working with the branch offices, service centers and distributors.
3. Plan for promotions, lead the new sales channel developments and performing sales analysis to improve sales activities.
4. Formulate marketing plans and activities that would respond to what the annual sales and recruit target required.
5. Provide the market to the respective zone with product and direct selling training that will serve as their foundation of knowledge and motivation. .
6. Create from time to time activities that will spark market excitement and encourage them to do the business in a higher level and in turn increase sales and profitability of the company.
7. Responds and deliver to other tasks/adhoc that might be mandated and ordered by immediate superior as part of the flexibility and multi-tasking being demanded by the position.
Requirements
1. Candidates must posses at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in marketing/consumer products/health industry.
3. Requires language: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Others will be added advantages.
4. Good in marketing skills, presentation skills and communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
6. Posses strong knowledge, willing to learn and work independently.
7. Experience in Direct Selling industry and social media marketing will be added advantage.
