Responsible for the overall marketing aspects of the brand including strategies development to create interest, demand and recognition of the brand and its products.
Managing all marketing related departments of the Marketing team such as Marketing, Digital Marketing and Creative Department.
Develop and manage contents for Company profile, marketing collaterals and to prepare presentation slides for company branding.
To study potential customers, market trends, incorporate customer feedback, and opportunities for the Companyâs direction and growth initiatives.
Understanding of creative workflow process, including project initiation and kick-off, execution, approvals, production, proofing, tracking and archiving.
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaignâs overall performance and share insights to develop optimisation plans.
Coordinate with a team to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels.
Responsible for building brand awareness and positioning in the market.
Represents the Companyâs brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Assist in managing and optimize content for the website and social networking channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, etc.
Source and negotiate with suitable suppliers/ external agencies to work with in supporting company branding activities.
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Oversee and/or improve the existing house brand product development.
Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
Requirements Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years working experience preferably in a retail environment or any related industries.
Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
