Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Company’s corporate marketing and branding strategies and communication activities to enhance company image.

• Involve in development of the concept and artwork of all Advertising and Promotion tools, monitor marketing collateral and preparation on marketing plan of the related project advertising and promotion design.

• To conduct market survey, competitor analysis and work closely with sales team to capitalize sales launches and sales profit.

• Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

• Managing the budget for all marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Creating and managing content for various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and advertising.

• Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors to support marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

· Preferably 5 years of working experience in property development field is required for this position.

· Able to simultaneously delivery on multiple events and meet deadline and high adaptive in challenging working environment.

· Resourceful, proactive, good interpersonal & presentation skills.

· Meticulous in handling all types of communication to intensify Company corporate image.

· Good networking within the media, PR firms, suppliers and government organization.
