Penerangan Pekerjaan - Office Assistance

  • Assist HR Manager with day-to-day general office and administration duties
  • Assist HR Manager with her duties in planning and organizing team activities
  • Ensure the office is neat and organized at all times
  • Manage cleaner and ensure the office is clean at all times
  • Perform daily filing of documents and maintenance of records
  • Manage stock-take and replenishment of all office supplies
  • Manage and replenish pantry supplies based on budget and requirements
  • Manage dispatch and courier services and ensure parcels are delivered on time
  • Bank in customer cheques when required
  • Manage renewal of insurance and road tax for company vehicles
  • Manage studio reservations, payments, cleaning, maintenance and enquiries
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties, as required by HR Manager

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Minimum 1-year working experience in a related field
  • Proficient in Malay and English
  • Familiar with MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
  • Possesses a driving license
  • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and hardworking
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to multitask
