Job Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the marketing & sales team
Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining sales records
Handle and respond to customer inquiries
Prepare and update sales presentations and materials
Well verse in database management
Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaign & sales process
Contact prospects via phone call, whatsapp or email to convert them as customers
Whatsapp blasting & Email blasting
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Maintain positive relationships with clients
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the office environment
Be responsible and involve in the office management
Perform ongoing duty & task as directed by director

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing/sales administration or related field
Fresh graduates with no experience are also welcomed to apply
Diploma or equivalent qualifications in any discipline
Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in relevant fields are also accepted
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
