Penerangan Pekerjaan - Operation Coorporation

Act as Personal Assistant to the General Manager (GM), managing daily schedules, meetings, and priorities
Coordinate and monitor factory operations activities, ensuring smooth communication between departments (production, logistics, procurement)
Assist GM in operational planning, reporting, and execution of business strategies
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the GM
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
Support production coordination, including tracking schedules, inventory, and delivery timelines
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
Arrange and coordinate business travel, site visits, and meetings for the GM
Accompany GM for meetings, site visits, or business trips when required
Perform translation and communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia as needed
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by the GM
