Full job description

- Monitor department performance against goal to ensure that the progress is being made.

- Planning and execution of production schedule.

- Ensuring the production facilities are in good working condition

- Implementing improvements to the production process.

- Ensuring products meet quality standards.

- Lead ISO22000 food safety management team and ensure effective working flow.

- Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel.

- Supervising company safety and training team to make sure effectiveness of on job training and safety working procedure is well practiced.

- Preparing operation reports

Requirement

- Degree holder

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation

- Strong leadership and organizational skill
