Responsibilities
-Evaluateand analysis the company's policies and procedures comprehensively to ensure itsalignment with regulatory requirements
-Conductingperiodic and systematic audits to evaluate and gauge the organization'sadherence to pertinent regulations and internal protocols
-Collaboratingwith other departments to ensure the compliance requirements are met
-Ensuringthe adherence to the state, federal regulations or related regulations
-Proactivelyidentify the potential risks and develop preventive measures to prevent or minimize their impact on organization
-Investigateand resolve compliance issues as they arise
-Preparecomprehensive report for management and regulatory agencies as required
-Monitorchanges in regulations and update internal policies accordingly
-Keepabreast on the compliance and risk management issues and relevant industrytrends
-Ableto undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from timeto time which assigned by the superior or management
