Job Description

1. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any other relevant field.

2. Year of Experience: 5 years and above in similar role

3. Skill: MS Office, Hotel PMS, Customer Service Skills

4. Job Description: 

• To effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of all hotels under the management of Ropewalker Sdn. Bhd. , which includes managing employees from various departments i.e. Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and Food and Beverage;
• He/she will report to the Group Director of Operations / Owner’s Representative.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed our hotel guest expectations
• Attend to all complaints and problems raised by hotel guests;
• Prepare a monthly / weekly / daily financial reporting;
• Provide guidance and mentoring to service staff to improve the service levels to hotel guests;
• To ensure the hotel operations SOP is in practice and adhered by the employees;
• Developing improvement actions and to carry out costs saving measures;
• Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the team members.
• Undertake special assignment , ad hoc request, emergencies and any other related duties as and when required
