Location: Klang

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives

- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and email correspondence

- Take charge of end-to-end recruitment processes

- Manage clients enquires, festive gifting, and birthday giftings

- Compile and prepare weekly meeting reports

Requirement:

- SPM and above

- 2 year and above of relevant work experience in any industry

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

- Willing to travel around

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
