Personal Assistant

Job Responsibility:
-Collection of rental fee/ miscellaneous payment, attend to tenant's inquiries and resolve their problems/ complaints, report and follow up with contractors on rectification of defects
-Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors and maintenance team on property inspection/ maintenance/ issues.
-Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation
- Perform administrative tasks in the strata property management sector 
- Outstation
-To complete any other assignments/ tasks given by the Company.

Job Requirement:
Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Education**:- Diploma/Degree (preferred)

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month (negotiable)
