Personal Assistant

· Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration / Management or any related field.

· Relevant working experience particularly in digital marketing would be an advantage.

· Basic computer literacy and familiar with social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

· Good in communication, responsible and proactive.

· Cheerful personality, able to work independently and as a team.

· Able to perform in multi task and easily adapt to fast pace working environment.

· Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred).

· Follow up and maintain the sales situation of customers via Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok.

· Monitor and respond to customers customer inquiry and feedback

· Handle sales order (packaging and delivery is not required, placed order will be handled by apps and in-house system).

· Prepare report, presentation slide, minutes of meeting and document.

· Others related duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior.
