Job Description:
• Provide support to Executive Director (CEO) & General Manager (GM) for smooth business operations.
• Assist to take meeting minutes and preparing agenda.
• Schedule appointments for CEO and GM and send calendar for meeting invitations to relevant
stakeholders. • Assist to manage expense reimbursements for CEO & GM.
• Liaise with travel agency for travel and flight booking and arrange transportation for CEO and GM.
• Maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Compiling reports and drafting letters.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO & GM from time to time.
Requirement:
• Bachelor of Business Administration/ Secretarial/ Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Internship experience in administrative/secretary tasks will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good Chinese verbal and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.
