Responsibility
- To organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Assist the Manager in business development, management planning and other related tasks including liaison with clients, stakeholders and key business partners.
- Organizing and attending meetings – ensuring managers are well prepared for meetings, minute/note taking, producing letters/documents. From meeting outcomes and managing resolutions through to successful completion.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents for senior staff
- Producing/updating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- To assist with other duties when required.
