Pool Driver cum Despatch

• Transporting clients and map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks, arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary, car wash and updating monthly mileage records.
• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or SPM with minimum of 4 10 y-ears working experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and good verbal communication.
• Proficiency using GPS devices
