Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations related to the assigned project.
Develop an understanding of the requisite financial control levels for projects, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and maintaining meticulous oversight of ongoing project budgets.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of internal department roles, project stages, and administrative processes to facilitate seamless management from initial brief to final build, delivery, and project reporting.
Address client requirements outlined in the contract or Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Assist in managing the delivery output process, including conveying client feedback to team members and overseeing the delivery of key stages of work.
Manage backup/recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacity management, and risk management, ensuring communication with the client and adherence to industry rules and guidelines.
Act as the primary contact for the assigned project, overseeing service delivery, and supporting the Project Manager in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring contract profitability.
Make a significant contribution to overall client satisfaction for project delivery.
Input key documents into project/account repositories.
Provide support for end-to-end planning, construction, and delivery of the assigned project.
Address performance issues in troubled units/departments to achieve productivity objectives.

Job Requirements

Showcase excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple work streams with conflicting priorities.
Possess excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities in English with all customers and stakeholders.
Adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges.
Work autonomously, investigate, and think analytically to creatively problem-solve.
Hold a diploma or university degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline.
Proactively and timely support project deployment, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and practicality of all tasks.
Demonstrate a natural team player attitude.
Exhibit good financial acumen.
