Penerangan Pekerjaan - Project Manager (Financial Services)

Job Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations related to the assigned project.
  • Develop an understanding of the requisite financial control levels for projects, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and maintaining meticulous oversight of ongoing project budgets.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of internal department roles, project stages, and administrative processes to facilitate seamless management from initial brief to final build, delivery, and project reporting.
  • Address client requirements outlined in the contract or Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Assist in managing the delivery output process, including conveying client feedback to team members and overseeing the delivery of key stages of work.
  • Manage backup/recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacity management, and risk management, ensuring communication with the client and adherence to industry rules and guidelines.
  • Act as the primary contact for the assigned project, overseeing service delivery, and supporting the Project Manager in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring contract profitability.
  • Make a significant contribution to overall client satisfaction for project delivery.
  • Input key documents into project/account repositories.
  • Provide support for end-to-end planning, construction, and delivery of the assigned project.
  • Address performance issues in troubled units/departments to achieve productivity objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Showcase excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple work streams with conflicting priorities.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities in English with all customers and stakeholders.
  • Adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges.
  • Work autonomously, investigate, and think analytically to creatively problem-solve.
  • Hold a diploma or university degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proactively and timely support project deployment, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and practicality of all tasks.
  • Demonstrate a natural team player attitude.
  • Exhibit good financial acumen.
