Property Administrator

We are looking to employ a Property Administrator for the management office of Green Acre Park Condominium, Bandar Sungai Long, Cheras, Kajang, 43000 Selangor. The person shall be based at the management office at the above address.

Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate with contractors, vendors and service providers in providing maintenance or installation services, and to keep track of the progress of the maintenance tasks.
2. To keep proper records of the maintenance schedule, activities, documents, contracts and work reports.
3. To track and monitor the progress of special projects.
4. To co-ordinate with the various parties to ensure readiness for inspection by the statutory bodies or government agencies.
5. To liaise with the Commissioner of Buildings and other government agencies, including Air Selangor, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Telekom Malaysia, Majlis Perbandaran Kajang, etc., when required.
6. To follow up on outstanding maintenance and sinking funds arrears from debtors.

Criteria:

1. Candidates should have some knowledge and experience in using computers and Microsoft Windows. Candidates should be able to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, email and other software tools. If necessary, training will be given.
2. Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Minimum SPM certificate. Candidates with vocational certificates in any technical or academic field will be advantageous.
4. Work experience in a similar position or environment will be useful.
